Unity Mouthpieces: the latest generation of Monette mouthpieces

Unity designs are now available for flugelhorn in the four most popular Unity mouthpiece rims! The vast majority of players will prefer one of these four rim sizes, and all of them have the modern '-7' rim contour that is beloved for its great comfort, security, and precision.

• Unity FLG 1-7 - Same rim as the Unity B1-7 trumpet mouthpiece. Comparable to the rim size of a conventional 1C.

• Unity FLG 2-7 - Same rim as the Unity B2-7 trumpet mouthpiece. Comparable to the rim size of a conventional 1-1/4C.

• Unity FLG 4-7 - Same rim as the Unity B4-7 trumpet mouthpiece. Comparable to the rim size of a conventional 1-1/2C.

• Unity FLG 6-7 - Same rim as the Unity B6-7 trumpet mouthpiece. Comparable to the rim size of a conventional 3C, 5C, or 7C.

Shank

• Unity flugelhorn mouthpieces are usually made with one of the two most common flugelhorn shank sizes, referred to as Small (sometimes called a "Bach" shank) and Large (sometimes called a "Yamaha" or "standard" shank). They can also be made with a larger Trumpet Shank or the extra-large German Shank.

• Unity flugelhorn mouthpieces are not available with the 'French Taper' shank. If your flugelhorn requires the "French" shank (Couesnon, etc.), click here: French Taper Flugelhorn Mouthpieces.

Plating

Unity mouthpieces can be plated in 24k brushed gold or bright silver.
