Size Comparison: Monette B4S S2 and original B4S, conventional 1-1/2C
For so many players, the B4S rim is the 'Goldilocks' size -- not too big and not too small. The B4S has been our most popular 1-1/2C equivalent size for all-around, jazz, and classical playing for many years. With its familiar and comfortable rim contour (originally modeled after the contour of Lew Soloff's favorite vintage mouthpiece) and its all new cup design, the Unity B4S is an enhanced version of our mainstay Prana B4S S2.

*If you have never used the Monette B4S rim before, we would first recommend the Unity B4-7 with its newer '-7' rim design. But players who want the familiarity of the original B4S rim will love this Unity version.
Weight:
The Unity B4S is made in the standard-weight Unity body.
Plating & Finish:
Unity mouthpieces can be plated in 24k brushed gold or bright silver.
Unity B4S
Monette mouthpieces are made-to-order and usually will not be available as ready-made stock. The standard estimated wait time to have a trumpet mouthpiece made is approximately 6-8 weeks. Unity mouthpieces for Bb and C trumpet are often available within a shorter wait time. Uncommon sizes can involve a longer wait time. The exact wait time is unpredictable, as it is affected by many variables. We cannot guarantee an exact completion date or shipping date in advance.
