Another very popular size, this 'LD' cup is a 'deepened lead' mouthpiece. It is an extremely popular choice for commercial playing, broadway shows, and other applications where lead playing is mixed with more classical playing styles. The B4LD size and depth offers great versatility. Most players who use larger Monette mouthpieces as their main size find it seamless to switch to the B4LD for lead or commercial playing.

*If you have never used our B4L/B4LD rim before, we would first recommend the Unity DM-4LD with its newer '-7' rim design. But players who want the familiarity of the original B4L rim will love this Unity version of the B4LD.

Monette mouthpieces are made-to-order and usually will not be available as ready-made stock. The standard estimated wait time to have a trumpet mouthpiece made is approximately 6-8 weeks. Unity mouthpieces for Bb and C trumpet are often available within a shorter wait time. Uncommon sizes can involve a longer wait time. The exact wait time is unpredictable, as it is affected by many variables. We cannot guarantee an exact completion date or shipping date in advance.
