The C2 size range is extremely popular, especially with players who like to play with a rich, full sound.
Variations on the C2 rim:
- C2W Rim: This is a wider-diameter version of the C2 rim, comparable to the C1 size range and conventional 1C mouthpieces
- C2.5 Rim: This is a smaller-diameter version of the C2 rim, comparable to the C4 size range and conventional 1-1/2C mouthpieces

- Classic mouthpieces can feel more forgiving for players who tend to play with a tighter physical approach, or who are accustomed to a non-Monette mouthpiece
Weight:
- C trumpet mouthpieces are usually made in the standard-weight Resonance body.
- If you prefer the lighter-weight Resonance LT body for a brighter sound and/or lighter feel, just add a note to your order during checkout.

Classic mouthpieces have a shiny, buffed 24k gold finish

Monette mouthpieces are made-to-order and usually will not be available as ready-made stock. The standard estimated wait time to have a trumpet mouthpiece made is approximately 6-8 weeks. Less common sizes are likely to involve a longer wait time. The exact wait time is unpredictable, as it is affected by many variables.
