One of the most popular sizes we make! When the original B2 (used by Wynton Marsalis through the 1980s and 1990s) had its cup contour modernized in the mid 2000s, it was renamed B2 S3. Other than our 3C-equivalent B6 S1, the B2 S3 has been our #1 most popular rim/cup over the last 20 years. Great for classical playing, jazz playing, and as an every-day mouthpiece, the B2 S3 is great for players who are accustomed to a conventional 1-1/4C size, and also many players who have previously used a 1-1/2C.

Monette mouthpieces are made-to-order and usually will not be available as ready-made stock. The standard estimated wait time to have a trumpet mouthpiece made is approximately 6-8 weeks. Unity mouthpieces for Bb and C trumpet are often available within a shorter wait time. Uncommon sizes can involve a longer wait time. The exact wait time is unpredictable, as it is affected by many variables. We cannot guarantee an exact completion date or shipping date in advance.
