Mouthpieces for A piccolo trumpet can be made in two different weights:

Standard-weight - For the best stability and projection
Lightweight - For a brighter sound and lighter feel

Classic & Prana Internal Configurations

Prana mouthpieces allow for the most resonant sound, most effortless playing, and most consistent pitch and timbre
Classic mouthpieces can feel more forgiving for players who tend to play with a tighter physical approach, or who are accustomed to a non-Monette mouthpiece

Monette mouthpieces are made-to-order and usually will not be available as ready-made stock. The standard estimated wait time to have a trumpet mouthpiece made is approximately 6-8 weeks. Mouthpieces for piccolo trumpet are likely to involve a longer wait time because they are not made as often as Bb and C trumpet mouthpieces. The exact wait time is unpredictable, as it is affected by many variables, including the time at which the order is placed, relative to our mouthpiece maker's next round of piccolo trumpet mouthpiece production.
